Workshop repairs:

If equipment is brought to our premises then we can carry out the analysis free of charge. This being the case, we are able to offer you a fixed fee repair meaning that the customer has an exact idea of cost and time scale before proceeding with any chargeable work.

On site repairs:

Our call out fee which allows the customer up to 1 hour on site is £20 inc. VAT. This is enough time to solve the majority of problems encountered. Of course some are more significant so if required time after the initial hour we charged at £5 inc. VAT for every 15 min.

Software solutions:

Most day to day IT errors are caused by a software glitch in some shape or form. Unfortunately software is often not as reliable as one might expect for various reasons.
Whether it is Windows not starting up, or a server preventing your whole team from using their email, we are experienced and skilled in solving these errors quickly and effectively.

Hardware repair:

Replacement hardware is now very cheap relative to years ago. Often people assume that a hardware problem of any significance won’t be worth correcting. Sometimes this is the case but often by the time you factor in data recovery and transfer to a new machine, adding it back to the network and configuring it for your own use, this idea proves to be untrue both in terms of time and out right costs.

Hardware and software sales: We supply hardware and software and very competitive rates. Although our core focus is on maintenance, we have found that much of the time, equipment sourced on line or in the high street is not appropriate for the needs in question, the other technology in the office or is simply over priced.
This of course gives you the customer the peace of mind of knowing that you have the right equipment and completely removes the potential for ‘blame shifting’ between hardware/software vendors and maintainers.

Consultancy:

As well as ad hoc work we are also very happy to take over your whole IT requirement. From providing high level hardware, the right software and appropriate configuration, through to managing other suppliers (communication / telecomm companies / ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) / Bespoke database developers), looking after warranty admin and system administration.
